Announcement of Promotion for Corporate Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, Redlands, CA (1 January 2007)

Advatech Pacific is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Charles (Chuck) Kondrack to Corporate Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jay Ebersohl.

Advatech Pacific, Inc. recently re-organized to meet the demands of its rapid growth, forming three division profit centers and creating a business group to support and manage the new organization. In his new position, Mr. Kondrack will work closely with the General Managers of all three Advatech Divisions, including the Advanced Technology (AT) Division located with the corporate headquarters in Redlands, California, the Analysis and Design (AD) Division located in Tempe, Arizona, and the Space and Missile (SM) Division located in Palmdale, California. The three division managers report to Mr. Kondrack, who also manages the business unit that provides administrative support to those divisions. Mr. Kondrack’s previous position was Vice President and General Manager of Advatech’s Advanced Technology Division. He joined Advatech Pacific in 1999 after more than 19 years of ever increasing positions of responsibility at aerospace firms, including TRW and Kelly Space & Technology, both located in San Bernardino.

After receiving his commission at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he graduated with distinction and was a Rhodes Scholar Candidate, he had a successful career as a Naval Reserve Officer retiring at the rank of Captain after a number of command assignments. Mr. Kondrack holds an MBA from the University of Redlands, a Master of Engineering, Chemicals and Materials from California State University in Pomona, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the U.S. Naval Academy.
